Virtual Programs

let us bring nature to you!

The Great Plains Nature Center proudly delivers engaging nature education directly to K-12 classrooms, as well as adult and senior audiences across our community!
Our naturalist-led virtual programs for schools include:
  • an introductory video
  • an in-class activity
  • and a 30-minute live encounter with one of our delightful animal ambassadors.

GPNC offers these programs free of charge. Our programs are based on NGSS and relate to grade-appropriate science topics.

Beginning October 15th, 2021, virtual programs may be scheduled Monday through Friday during regular business hours (8am to 5pm). Programs will be scheduled as they are received, and we prefer you contact us at least two weeks in advance of your desired program date.
